Hewlett Foundation Building, Menlo Park, California - Completed in 2002, this LEED gold-certified building incorporates operable windows, spectrally selective window glazing, motion sensors to shut down unnecessary lights when rooms are unoccupied and photovoltaic panels on the roof.
